I have practiced law since 2005, in a variety of settings. I have worked at a national Bay Street firm in Toronto, I have taught conflict resolution courses and project management courses across Canada and throughout the Caribbean, the UK and Africa. I have also advised on labour/employment matters as a Human Resources Specialist with Bruce Power.
In Toronto I was a mediator and negotiation consultant and taught conflict resolution and negotiation skills at both the University of Toronto and University of Windsor Law Schools.
My practice focuses on negotiation of all types of Family Law matters, including divorces, separations, child custody and access issues as well as pre-marital agreements and adoption issues.
I am currently the Chair of the Family Law Bar Association for Grey County and the Family Law Bar Association for Bruce County and the Past-Chair of the Collaborative Law Group of Grey/Bruce. I particularly enjoy working on Collaborative Family Law matters as those tend to be a much smoother and amicable path to separation for all parties involved.
